This has been happening a lot to me lately.
Ever feel that you're soo damn tired.And yet you can't sleep at all?I mean, I know I'm tired. I know I am sleepy like hell, and yet when its time to sleep..you just can't sleep at all.
Like this night for example,I had a reaaaally tiring week, I know I did. Not to mention just this day I just stroll around the city carying a 20 Kg-bag on my shoulder.(which consist of 2 laptop complete with "other" equipment)
And yet when I sleep at night I only slept for...what, 4 hours??I mean, I go to bed at 11 and woke up at 3 in the morning?? man, that cant be healthy right???and worse its the kind of wake that is not exactly refreshing..and yet you wont be able to sleep anymore even if u tried.
I might take a sleeping pills if this goes on,anyone knows of any good medicine.(safe) medicine that can give you a good night sleep?

I guess it's a psychology thing? You must have been under pressure (either that or you did something illegal that keeps you awake at night
...Thought so. No, you don't look like the sort who do illegal stuffs, and I'm the king of England, and a very sane *twitch* man *twitch*
1. Don't drink it once a night. Bad for ya liver!
2. Don't drink it with alcohol. You'll not live to see the next morning.
So if you're not careful, you might sleep permanently.
gw juga akhir2 ini gk bisa tidur nyenyak, walopun udah capek sekalipun, masih aja pengen ngelakuin sesuatu (iseng2 gambar/nonton) yang ujung2nya jadi begadang LOL
